I invite you to follow the journey of the grape, starting with the loading dock and the presses, where you will be immersed in the excitement of the harvest. Then I will explain the champagne-making process, showing you our facilities, vats and cellars.

To conclude the tour, I will offer you a tasting of our iconic cuvée and another flagship cuvée in our panoramic room or on the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Champagne vineyards of the Marne Valley.

As the date of the harvest is uncertain, your booking will only be confirmed once we are sure we can accommodate you, so it may be late in coming.

You'll be given a full explanation of how champagne is made, and we'll finish with the ‘Ambivalence’ tasting (2 cuvées) in the panoramic room to enjoy the breathtaking view over the vineyards and the terrace. The date of the harvest is unpredictable, so if it starts later or finishes earlier than scheduled, I will offer you an extra tasting.
